Dear Ms. Day, Ms. Souka,

Hereby I inform you that I will not respond positively to the invitation of the Medical Service.

I consider the way I am being treated by the European Commission and the Medical Service, at this moment, a continuation of the situation that started in 2004: moral harassment with as aim to put me into invalidity on psychiatric grounds.

Please find attached the letter I wrote in 2007 to VP Sim Kallas.

The current situation is the result of the Commission's u-turn on children's rights, and failure to act as the guardian of the Treaty, as a result of pro-adoption lobbyists - see attached academic paper and the WDR documentary Bericht aus Brussel
