Jean-Frédéric Cécillon

Born in 1971 in Vietnam during the Vietnam War.
Evacuated as a child during wartime and adopted by a French family in 1975.
Grew up believing both biological parents were deceased.
Later used DNA testing and assistance from an adoptee-search organization to find his biological family.
Reunited with his biological mother and half-sister in 2025 in Vietnam.
Now describes having “two families” and a sense of peace.
