Purpose
The purpose of the application pool is to offer free and impartial legal advice to internationally adopted people who want support in reading and understanding their own case files, legal assistance in understanding their adoption case, and advice on options for claiming compensation or pursuing the case legally in another way.
Who can apply (group of applicants)?
Organizations that can offer nationwide, impartial legal advice to the target group.
To ensure the impartiality of the offer, government organizations and government-like structures are not part of the applicant pool.
Target group
The target group of the application pool is citizens who have been internationally adopted to Denmark and who want legal advice regarding their specific adoption case.
Project period
January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2029.
What can support be sought for?
Support can be applied for for operating expenses related to offering free and impartial legal advice to the target group. This could be, for example, salary expenses for the lawyer(s) who will be responsible for the advice, or expenses for premises, including rent.
In addition, support can be sought to a limited extent for expenses associated with establishing the offer, e.g. furnishing premises or purchasing equipment necessary for establishing the offer.
Funds for distribution
15.4 million DKK.
Payment of subsidies
The subsidy is paid quarterly.

Time horizon
The application pool is expected to be implemented by the end of April 2026.

An assessment of the project is made based on the information in the application and any attachments.

The application can already be prepared in the included Word template and other attachments.
This application pool can be applied for via the Grants Portal.
Applicants must be aware that MitID Erhverv (with the organization's/municipality's CVR number) must be used when creating and submitting applications via the Grant Portal.

Formål
Ansøgningspuljens formål er at udbyde gratis og uvildig juridisk rådgivning til internationalt adopterede, som ønsker støtte i læsning og forståelse af egne sagsakter, juridisk bistand i forhold til forståelsen af deres adoptionssag og rådgivning om muligheder for at rejse krav om erstatning eller forfølge sagen retligt på anden vis.
Hvem kan søge (ansøgerkreds)?
Organisationer, der kan tilbyde landsdækkende uvildig, juridisk rådgivning til målgruppen.
Af hensyn tilbuddets uvildighed er statslige organisationer og myndighedslignende konstruktioner ikke en del af ansøgerkredsen.
Målgruppe
Ansøgningspuljens målgruppe er borgere, som er internationalt adopteret til Danmark, og som ønsker juridisk rådgivning ift. den enkeltes konkrete adoptionssag.
Projektperiode
1. januar 2026 - 31. december 2029.
Hvad kan der søges støtte til?
Der kan søges om støtte til driftsudgifter knyttet til at udbyde gratis og uvildig juridisk rådgivning til målgruppen. Det kan fx være lønudgifter til den/de jurister, der skal stå for rådgivningen, eller udgifter til lokaler, herunder husleje.
Herudover kan der i begrænset omfang søges støtte til udgifter forbundet med etablering af tilbuddet, fx indretning af lokaler eller indkøb af materiel, der er nødvendig for etableringen af tilbuddet.
Midler til fordeling
15,4 mio. kr.
Udbetaling af tilskud
Tilskuddet udbetales kvartalsvis.

Ansøgningspuljen forventes udmøntet ultimo april 2026.

Der foretages en vurdering af projektet ud fra oplysningerne i ansøgningen og eventuelle bilag.
Adgang til at ansøge
Ansøgningen kan allerede nu udarbejdes i den medfølgende word-skabelon samt øvrige bilag.
Denne ansøgningspulje kan ansøges via Tilskudsportalen.
Ansøgere skal være opmærksomme på, at der skal anvendes MitID Erhverv (med organisationens/kommunens CVR-nummer) ved oprettelse og indsendelse af ansøgninger via Tilskudsportalen.)
