Dear Ms. O'Reilly,
On 16th July 2015, I addressed a letter to Commissioner Frans Timmermans (please find it attached) on the case of Ms Roelie Post, an EU fonctionnaire that has been harassed by the European Commission for helping expose some companies and some Member States' connivance with trafficking of institutionalised children. Almost two years later, not only nothing has been done to make sure she is protected as a whistle-blower, but it seems that indeed, the injustice of this case has only got even more flagrant as she is being forced out on the grounds of psychiatric invalidity.
Ms Roelie Post exposure of the exploitation of institutionalised children in EU Member States started to be the subject of media attention.
Trying to intimidate her will not work, and will instead turn against the EU, besides violating European principles and values.
This is why I am now asking you to come into the case and investigate it.

Dear Commissioner,

Almost two years later, not only nothing has been done to make sure she is protected as a whistle-blower, but it seems that indeed, the injustice of this case has only got even more flagrant as she is being forced out on the grounds of psychiatric invalidity.

This is why I will now ask the European Ombudswoman, Ms. Emily O'Reilly, to come into the case and investigate it.
