Dear President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker,

Plan Angel is a human rights organization. Since 2008 we have been

helping Colombian adoptees and Colombian families to reunite. We bring

hope and answers in people's lives.

Plan Angel is in close contact with some 420 Colombian families that are

searching for their long lost children. From those families 80% were

victims of forced adoption and child trafficking. For some 250 Colombian

adoptees we could solve 9 out 10 cases, and discovered that their

stories and the paperwork don't match.

Due to this work, Plan Angel has been in close contact with Roelie Post

during the time of her secondment to Against Child Trafficking. We

benefitted greatly from her knowledge and experience.

It now has come to our notice that the European Commission has

instituted disciplinary proceedings.

We request you to stop with immediate effect these disciplinary

proceedings and to recognise and protect Roelie as whistle-blower.

Kindly do inform us about the follow-up you give to our letter.
