Dear Mr Dohle,

I am taking the liberty to contact you regarding your complaint to the European Ombudsman concerning the live streaming (or rather the absence thereof) of the event "No Child Left Behind: Families not institutions – EU external action championing children’s rights", co-organised by the European Commission and the NGO Lumos” that it appears took place on 15 June 2018.

Your complaint has been assigned to me.

First of all, I would like to apology for the time it has taken to handle your email. This is due to our internal rules on registration and assignment of complaints.

I am sorry that we could not react in a more timely manner.

Considering that the event is now over I would appreciate if you could confirm that you have an interest in pursuing the matter and if so, could you please set out your concerns and the outcome you would expect.
