I just talked to Mr. Wacker, he didn´t forget you J But they have difficulties to find the English translation of this study…Mrs. Knuth has the first draft, she will send it in a couple of days. She also offeres to hand out to you all the paperwork….So you can see how the MOC are operating.

With this ISD case:

Mr. Wacker assured me that the ISD (Iss-Germany) will immediately step out if there is vital evidence that these girls are trafficked or rules are violated…

But we need the documents/ paperwork that gives the suspicion. Mr. Wacker is almost sure that they will step out if the rules of the Hague Convention are violated.

It would be a desaster for them if a newspaper if they refer trafficked children……

Mr. Wacker suggested that you write directly to them, with the following documents.

- The proof that the ISS- Germany is involved

- The “ biographie” of the girls

- Documents that proof or hint that the girls a trafficked.

I just talked to Mr. Busch from ISS- Germany, he was was grateful that I informed him and is very interested in a direct contact.

So please contact him directly.

Mr. Busch is the chairperson, Mrs. Müller Stutzbach is handling the case….

If possible please send me a copy of this mail, so I can talk with Mr. Wacker again. From his experience the cases must be documented very well otherwise it is difficult to get the authorities on the boat….

I´m not sure if it is a good idea to write a letter directly to the adoptiv parents, but maybe worth a trie…? Do you want me to find out their addresses?

Do you mind if I forward your letter to Mr. Busch?
