Subject: complaint 1113/2018/TM
Dear Tereza,
regarding my complaint, i d like to draw your attention to 2 further requests for access to documents and the replies received.
First:
https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/conference_jointly_organised_by#incoming-18380
According to the “ Briefing for Commissioner Mimica” page 2 :
“ To note: during the entire event, we will have official photographers and EbS video cameras present… “
( Received Documents attached )
As this event concerns children´s rights and was payed with EU money, the videos ought to be made publicly accessible.
Second:
In this regard, yesterday I received a reply to another related request for access to documents.
The full history of this request can be found here:
https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/guidelines_for_the_alternative_c
I have attached the reply of the Director General Justice and Consumers.
This reply is fully unsatisfactory and in fact proves that there is no legal basis , nor any commission documents that would justify pushing a global policy in line with the Hague Adoption Convention under the guise of non approved guidelines.
I m aware that before turning to the Ombudsman, that I have to lodge a confirmatory appeal. However given the seriousness of the issue, child rights and child trafficking, I request you to take note of the reply and take it into consideration in the context of this complaint.
Last but not least, I express my sheer disgust about the way the European Institutions, treat our founder “ Roelie Post”, who in fact holds the European Commissions institutional memory on children´s rights.
Here the latest interview with Roelie Post.
It is an unprecedented move from the European Institutions to fire an upright EU civil servant and to demand even money back, for no fault of hers.
All Mrs. Post did was exercising her duties as EU civil servant. The Commissions task is to guard the treaty.. The UNCRC is considered “ inseperable from the attainment of the objectives of the treaty.”
For your information I have attached a note dating back to the times of Romania´s accession to the EU. We found it through a source in DG NEAR, who found a box which had been kept by Alexander Italianer , who at the times was in the Cabinet of Commissioner Verheugen. The previous Secretary General of the European Commission thus was undoubtly fully aware about the background of the policy question and that this is about “child trafficking”.
Organized crime, such as child trafficking can only take place with complicity of the authorities, here the European Institutions.
This complaint and my other complaints are not just about “ maladministration” , but rather about organized crime.
Kindly confirm acknowledgment of receipt.
Sincerely
Arun Dohle
