you probably follow what happens in the Netherlands regarding Intercountry Adoptions .
Possible you are also aware of this romanian adoption case.
In India, now within less than a year 8677 children are made adoptable. As they are mostly " special needs" , they are going for the international market.
I would very much appreciate a meeting with you to discuss from the point of field level work the underlying policy issue.
When would have time for a meeting?
