The basic question raised by "Anything for the Children" {Style, Aug. 29} is whether the adoption activities are for the children or for those who operate the business that "delivers" the children.
Nina Kostina and her confederates spread money around liberally and forge documents, claiming it's all to help the children and adoptive parents. On the side, Ms. Kostina and co-founder Ronald Fraase also steer families to a travel agency they own.
