Subject: European adoption agency: 500 surveys in the compilation of DBB report

Answer(s)

Would the Commission make public the 500 surveys completed by stakeholders in adoption from across the 27 EU Member States in the compilation of the report produced by DBB (Demolin Brulard Barthelemy) entitled ‘Comparative study relating to the procedures of adoption among the Member States of the European Union, about practical difficulties encountered in this field by the European citizens within the framework of the European space of justice and civil matters and the possibilities of solving these problems and to protect the children’s rights’?
