Answer(s)

Will the Commission comment on the report in the Jurnalul National of Romania of 3 December 2010(1), in which it is claimed that Commission officials falsified aspects of the report produced by DBB entitled ‘Comparative study relating to the procedures of adoption among the Member States of the European Union, about practical difficulties encountered in this field by European citizens within the framework of the European Space Of Justice And Civil Matters and the possibilities of solving these problems and to protect the children’s rights’?
