funding for Romanian orphanages

Thors and Evans.

It was decided to leave consideration of the petition open, inform the petitioner of

amendments to the programme and forward to him the findings of the relevant hearing. It

was decided to forward the petition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and inform

DG III accordingly.
