In the present case the petitioner has filed IA No. 10796 of 19, an application for passing necessary orders/direction for release of the fund.

The contention of the petitioner is that on 05.12.2018, this court while issuing notices to the respondents has already stayed operation of the impugned order whereby the petitioner - agency is recommended to be revoked. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after stay of the aforesaid order, no funds have been released to the petitioner as have been released on earlier occasions from 2012 to 2019 from time to time. It is further submitted that the petitioner is engaged in looking after the instituted children and requires the fund urgently.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the reply would be filed within a short time and has prayed that the matter be listed in the month of November 2019.

Considering the rival submissions, this court is inclined to allow the aforesaid application filed for release of the fund. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to release the first installment due to the petitioner as provided under the Scheme.

The aforesaid exercise be completed within three weeks time from today.
