Vlaams Centrum voor Adoptie (VCA)

The  Flemish Center for Adoption  (VCA), together with its partners, opts for one qualitative adoption policy. It respects and promotes the rights, interests and opportunities of all children involved.

As the Flemish Center for Adoption, we are responsible for every adoption of a child by adoptive parents living in Flanders. Our daily operations are based on  the Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in the Field of Intercountry Adoption , usually referred to as the  Hague Adoption Convention .
