That experience touched me so deeply that I founded Stichting Adoptiepedia – the advocacy organization for all 10,000 Chinese and Taiwanese adoptees in the Netherlands. As Director and Chair of the Board, I do this work with all my heart, entirely on a voluntary basis.

In 2021, I started my own coaching practice because I saw how many adoptees struggle with their mental health. There was simply too little help by and for us. I have had the privilege of guiding people through their stories with so much warmth.

So many Chinese adoptees want to search for their roots, for their biological family.
That is why I have transformed my coaching practice into Lifang Consultancy.
