Dear Laura,

someone did send me this Facebook message.

It demonstrates that the ICAV network was arbitrarily chosen, because Lynelle actually adjusts herself to the position of the Hague and ISS .

Namely the Hague version of the subsidiarity principle and the message that Intercountry Adoptions have to continue.

Formak Adult adoptee organisations, or organisations like ACT who fundamentally disagree for good reasons with the adoption business are excluded.

I request again that we become a formal observer for the next meeting of the working group on illicit practices.

Also in the light of the fact that I found now documents that Hans van Loon raised funds for ISS - IRC as secretary general, it’s time that this nexus is being broken.

Further ISS is supposedly the expert in adressing illicit practices. But ISS hasn’t assisted victims as we did. Rather covered up the scandals.

You probably recall that the day to discuss trafficking of the 2010 Hague Special Commission meeting was paid by Australia. That not at last to the field work we did. Uncovering and exposing the scandals with regards to Ethiopia and India.

In the wake of these scandals the working group on illicit practices was set up.

The trafficking protocol which australia developed names ISS.

ISS however hasn’t been able to solve cases. We did.

ACT remains excluded. Though we assist the victims till date.

The dutch minister has now, after 13 years, finally acknowledged that the child of Nagarani was indeed kidnapped for adoption.
