Our Russian adoption program started in 1996 when we volunteered to help an American couple lost in the quagmire of red tape of the international adoption process. Even though they previously turned to many agencies, we decided to try and help them and it worked. Ever since then, we have been committed to assisting American families in their quest to adopt from Russia. To this day, close to 200 children have been successfully united with their new families.
