Wide Horizons For Children (WHFC) is pleased to launch its newest pilot program in Rwanda. After creating a successful model for adoption in Ethiopia, WHFC's African Program Director, Dr. Tsegaye Berhe, has identified representatives who we believe can help to facilitate adoptions from Rwanda. We are currently in the process of identifying our first pioneer families as we begin our work to help children in need in Rwanda!
