Adoptions are handled by government departments in Australia and

are heavily

regulated to ensure that practices are as ethical as possible.

(especially after the stealing of children in India saga just

was in the news

recently)

Google your state and DOCS and adoption to

find details about adoption applications

in your state.

You should also look into adoption from foster care which

is the place that children

really need loving families.

These kids already live in our country.

And adoption is supposed to be about the children right

not

about what the adults

wants.

There are very few adoptions finalised per year in Australia and

overseas adoption

costs a heap of money.
