The training should help to reduce aggression of children. Original Play is the business model of a dubious, internationally active club. His child goes to a Protestant day care center in Berlin-Kreuzberg. To protect everyone involved, they remain anonymous. The therapist of his son believes him. Other affected children also suffer like his five-year-old child, she says.

The inventor of Original Play is a 76-year-old American, Fred O. Donaldson. One who likes to introduce himself as a former university professor, but never was one. He studied geography. He speaks of the "original game" against childlike aggression, on an esoteric level.

After the workshops, his so-called apprentices organize mat games for strangers in children's institutions, apprentices previously trained and authorized by Donaldson. And it's happening the world over - on several continents, e.g. in Germany, Austria or like here in a camp in South Africa.

In Germany, "Original Play" is played primarily in Munich, Regensburg, Dresden, Berlin and Hamburg, mostly in church day-care centers or communities.

But the Berlin prosecutor does not deal with the system Original Play. When the accused have long been informed of the allegations, she looks at the daycare computer, not private computers. After six months: case settled. She considers the allegations unreliable. That's why she does not question the children.

In einigen Fällen soll das Spiel zu Missbrauch und Vergewaltigung geführt haben. Das bestätigt auch ein anderer Vater.

Und für uns schien es relativ schnell so, als wenn dass das Ganze ein System hat."

Ein harter Vorwurf.

Sein Kind geht in eine evangelische Kita in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Zum Schutz aller Beteiligten bleiben sie anonym. Die Therapeutin seines Sohnes glaubt ihm. Auch weitere betroffene Kinder leiden wie sein fünfjähriges Kind, meint sie.

"Es hat Verhaltensauffälligkeiten, es hat Albträume, es hat Angst, es wird wütend, es ist leicht verletzlich bei bestimmten Auslösern. Das kann ein Kind nicht selbst produzieren, wofür auch."

Die Kita-Leitung verkauft den Eltern "Original Play" als Pädagogisches Konzept. Was dahinter steckt, erfährt der Vater erst später.

Dafür hätte sie niemand um Erlaubnis gefragt.

Der Erfinder von Original Play ist ein 76jähriger Amerikaner, Fred O. Donaldson. Einer, der sich gern als ehemaliger Universitätsprofessor vorstellt, aber nie einer war. Geografie studierte er. Er spricht vom "Ursprünglichen Spiel" gegen kindliche Aggressionen, auf einer esotherischen Ebene.

Voraussetzung für das Spiel – so steht es auf der Internetseite - sind in der Regel zweitägige Workshops mit Donaldson, für die sich jedermann anmelden kann. Kosten pro Teilnehmer: 200-250 Euro. Nach den Workshops werden von seinen sogenannten Lehrlingen die Mattenspiele für die Fremden in Kindereinrichtungen organisiert, Lehrlinge, die vorher von Donaldson ausgebildet und ermächtigt werden. Und es läuft weltweit so – auf mehreren Kontinenten, z.B. in Deutschland, Österreich oder wie hier in einem Camp in Südafrika.

In Deutschland wird "Original Play” vorrangig in München, Regensburg, Dresden, Berlin und Hamburg gespielt, meist in kirchlichen Kitas oder Gemeinden.

Zurück nach Berlin. Hier gibt es Original Play seit 2014 und hier geraten neben den Fremden auch Erzieher in den Missbrauchsverdacht, die mit den Kindern spielen. "Pferdchenspiel" sagen die Kinder. Über die vielen Verletzungen, auch im Intimbereich bis hin zum Armbruch sorgen sich die Eltern. Die Erzieher wiegeln ab, sagen sie. Doch erst als die Eltern ihre Kinder aus der Einrichtung nehmen, nennen diese Details.

" … dass sie auch von der Erzieherin irgendwo anders hingebracht worden ist. Da haben sie dann mit anderem erwachsenen Männern gespielt und das hat sie nicht gemocht. Die anderen Kinder, die mitgekommen sind, auch nicht. Ein anderes Mal hat meine Tochter mir auch gezeigt, wie der Haupterzieher, der Leiter von der Kita die Nase in ihren Po gesteckt hat und das er das auch bei anderen Kindern gemacht hat."

Eltern stellen Strafanzeige wegen schweren sexuellen Missbrauch an mindesten fünf Kindern, andere nicht - aus Angst oder Scham. Statt ihnen zu helfen, werden sie durch die Kita ausgegrenzt - sagen sie - andere Eltern gegen sie aufgebracht.

"Man hat uns einfach schlicht nicht geglaubt, sowohl seitens der Kirche nicht, seitens der Kitaaufsicht und des Trägers nicht. Die wollen es nicht wahrhaben, so jedenfalls mein Eindruck."

Doch die Berliner Staatsanwaltschaft beschäftigt sich nicht mit dem System Original Play. Als die Beschuldigten längst über die Vorwürfe informiert sind, schaut sie sich den Kita-Computer an, private Rechner nicht. Nach sechs Monaten: Fall erledigt. Sie hält die Vorwürfe für unglaubwürdig. Deshalb befragt sie die Kinder nicht.

"Ich kann jetzt nicht zu einzelnen Details mich äußern. Das will ich auch nicht tun. Jedenfalls sind wir diesen Hinweisen nachgegangen, haben das sehr ernst genommen und im Ergebnis sind die Ermittlungsverfahren eingestellt worden."

Darauf beruft sich die evangelische Kirche. Mit einem eigenen Gottesdienst verabschiedet sie die Beschuldigten Erzieher. Einige arbeiten seither in anderen evangelischen Kitas.

"Sie wollten einen Neuanfang und sie das Alte, hm… Man muss sich immer gut verabschieden, um auch gut neu anfangen zu können."

Auf Original Play und die Fremden angesprochen, räumt sie Verständnis für die Sorgen der Eltern ein. Aber: wie wir auf einem Workshop selbst testen, werden von Teilnehmern niemals Personalien, kein Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis geprüft, nur das Geld genommen, obwohl in Kitas gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

"Ich würde heute immer ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis verlangen. – War es ein Fehler? – Das könnte man sagen. Aber weil immer Menschen dabei waren. – War das ein Fehler? - Den Kindern ist nichts passiert. – Das sagen sie, die Eltern sehen es anders."

Hamburg. Auch hier wiegelt die Leitung einer evangelischen Kita ab.

Jede Woche wird hier Original Play gespielt mit einem Lehrling, der auch in Berlin tätig ist - bis heute übrigens. Und er soll nicht nur auf der Matte mit ihrer dreijährigen Tochter, – "gespielt" haben, sagt eine Mutter.

"Anfangs war es immer so, wenn ich meine Tochter aus der

Kita geholt habe, hat sie gesagt, der Po tut weh oder der Intimbereich, dass sie da einen

Dorn drin hätte. Sie wollte nicht mehr zur Kita gehen, hat morgens geweint. Sie hätte

Ängste. Letztes Jahr im Juni, kam sie dann und hat aus heiterem Himmel gesagt, dass dieser Mann, der dieses Original Play anbietet, ihr den Penis in den Po gesteckt hat."

Vor einer Ärztin wiederholt sie das.

Doch nicht bei der Polizei – aus therapeutischen Gründen. Deshalb stellt die Staatsanwaltschaft vorläufig ein. Demnächst wird sie aussagen.

Ist Original Play, so wie es Experten vermuten, eine Einladung für Leute, die Kinder missbrauchen wollen?

Nur die Behörden in Hamburg und Bayern verurteilen inzwischen klar Original Play.

Und so reist Fred 0. Donaldson mit seinen Lehrlingen weiter durch die Welt, hält Vorträge, macht Workshops. Sein Spiel sei keine Einladung zum Missbrauch, sagt er. Von den konkreten Vorwürfen will er nichts gewusst haben und greift die Experten an.
