The Lost Roots Foundation - Raíces Perdidas submitted its request to
Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) to become an Observer. This will be accepted or refused after the vote of the signatory states of the #LaHaye convention
A special convention will be held in July 2022 on illegal #adoptions # resulting from child trafficking. We believe it is essential to understand the past in order to prevent the future.
The convention of 29 May 1993 (HCCH adoption Convention) also aims to strengthen the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. According to the principle of subsidiarity which opts for priority to be given to the child to remain within his biological family or to find a solution within his country of origin.
The youngest victims we represent are minors in 2021.
We were invited in 2019 to present our work alongside other international associations. The discussions and the work with the Permanent Bureau during these years confirm the idea of ??participating in prevention in order to prevent such human tragedies from happening again.

La Fondation Racines Perdues - Raíces Perdidas a remis sa demande auprès
Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) pour devenir Observateur. Celle ci sera acceptée ou refusée après le vote des états signataires de la convention de #LaHaye
Une convention spéciale en juillet 2022 aura lieu au sujet des #adoptions #illégales issues des trafics d'enfants. Il nous semble essentiel de comprendre le passé pour prévenir le futur.
La convention du 29 mai 1993 (Convention HCCH adoption) , vise également à renforcer la Convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits de l'enfant. Selon le principe de subsidiarité qui opte pour que la priorité soit accordée à l'enfant de rester au sein de sa famille biologique ou de trouver une solution au sein de son pays d'origine.
Les plus jeunes personnes victimes que nous représentons sont mineurs d'âge en 2021.
Nous avions été invités en 2019 pour présenter notre travail aux côtés d'autres associations internationales. Les échanges et le travail avec le Bureau permanent au cours de ces années nous conforte à l'idée de participer à la prévention afin d'éviter que de tels drames humains ne puissent se reproduire.
