Fiom is the expertise center in the field of unwanted pregnancy, distance & adoption and kinship questions. Working at Fiom is based on the right to self-determination of unwanted pregnant women and the right of a child to know where he or she comes from and to grow up while retaining his or her own identity. Fiom offers information and help with unwanted pregnancy, aftercare in the field of adoption and guides people in their search for biological family at home and abroad. In addition, we manage the KID-DNA Database, which enables a match between a donor child and an anonymous donor. We do all this with about 80 motivated employees from our offices in 's-Hertogenbosch and Houten.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful and stress-resistant centipede who knows how to get things done. You know your responsibilities and you support the team secretariat and the HR team to organize the daily ins and outs down to the last detail. You are versatile, from conducting telephone conversations and chatting with people who have questions about unwanted pregnancies, providing support with recruitment and selection, receiving guests and taking care of personnel administration.

SECRETARY (HR)

24 hours a week

Your position

As a secretary you and the team take care of a wide range of tasks. The work consists of:

Answering questions about unwanted pregnancy. You are the first point of contact for this (by telephone and via chat).

Organizing appointments and meetings.

Source of information for the internal organization.

Independently carrying out HR administration, such as absenteeism and time registration.

Support with application procedures.

You are part of an enthusiastic and collegial team. You replace each other when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

You know how to organize your time efficiently and set the right priorities. You are honest, a hard worker and take your responsibilities. You also have a no-nonsense mentality and you have strong communication skills. Furthermore you have:

At least a completed MBO education in the direction of HR or secretarial level.

Extensive experience with working in Office365 (SharePoint) and the Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with Synergy is a plus.

Knowledge of the latest HR legislation and regulations is a plus.

Work experience in a similar position is an advantage.

Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

Qualities such as proactivity, thoroughness and you are meticulous.

This is initially a temporary appointment of 6 months for 24 hours a week. This can be extended if it proves suitable.

Working days on Monday and Friday in 's-Hertogenbosch, on Thursday in Houten. During holidays you are flexible enough to change working days.

Salary in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Social Work, scale 6 (€ 2,348 to € 3,361 gross per month with full-time employment of 36 hours per week).

An office in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch and in Houten-Castellum, both within walking distance of the station.

A scheme for an allowance for commuting costs.
