Hey Pauline,

that thing did eat up almost my day. Pffff….

Very complicated to bring me and WK formally into Cooperation.

But I do think, it´s actually good and also good to discuss and negotiate or cooperation terms and goals…

So I put in my suggestions…quite a few all marked in yellow…

I m not a lawyer nor do I have any clue about dutch law. But I guess you may understand what I m trying to say in my suggestions.

Don´t hesitate to ask me, or to put your lawyer directly in touch with me…

Of course wording should be finetuned and adjusted by your lawyer…
