Nicolas Vulliemoz
Dr Nicolas Vuillemoz is a Swiss, English speaking IVF specialist with subspeciality training from Lausanne and Oxford and researche expereince from Columbia University (New York)NYC. Dr. Vulliemoz obtained his federal medical degree from the University of Lausanne in 2000. He began his postgraduate training with one year of general surgery at the Hôpital Cantonal de Fribourg. He then left Switzerland to do two years of research at Columbia University (New York) in the field of reproductive neuroendocrinology. Dr. Vulliemoz completed his training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at CHUV. He then underwent subspeciality training in reproductive medicine and gynaecological endocrinology at the University of Oxford in the UK. On his return from Oxford, he was head of the Fertility Medicine and Gynecological Endocrinology Unit at the CHUV From 2015 to 2022. In 2017 he was awarded the title of Master of Teaching and Research (MER) by the University of Lausanne and in 2021 the title of Privat-Docent (PD) until his departure from CHUV. Dr Vulliemoz is a member of the Committee of the Swiss Society of Reproductive Medicine and President of the Fertisave. From July 2022, Dr Vulliémoz will be working full time at the CPMA. His main areas of interest are assisted reproduction, with a particular focus on endometriosis, infertility surgery, male infertility, gynaecological endocrinology and menopause. Dr. Vulliemoz pursues a research activity at the CPMA, collaborating on several research projects in the field of medically assisted reproduction.
