Madam, Sir,

I learn without surprise that Mrs. Johanna Lamboley allows herself to act without my consent by relaying information that I would hereby like to reframe.

At the end of November 2023, I had the opportunity to chat with Laetitia Bourgier who on the 22nd gave me the contact details of the RAIF page on Facebook. We met on December 5 around a plate of tapas in a bar in Toulouse. The day after our meeting Laetitia gave me Madame Lamboley’s contact details.

We then exchanged on 12/13/2023 for the first time. I gave Mrs. Lamboley access to a Google Drive containing all the documents relating to my adoption. Madame Lamboley invited my husband and me to an aperitif dinner at Quint Fonsegrives where she was staying at the end of 2023. This gave rise to a very touching exchange for which I remain extremely grateful. Indeed, we discussed the theme of adoption, the story of Madame Lamboley who also showed us a handwritten booklet which contains information that adopters could pass on to each other.

On December 15, I forwarded my email addressed to the Court of Santiago to Mrs. Lamboley for note. I have in fact been in contact with them since July 2022. While my first contacts with “Hijos y Madres del Silencio” date back to 2020, I met “Nos Buscamos” in 2020, the international adoption service in France and Sename in 2012. Etc etc…

From this first exchange with Madame Lamboley, a proposal was made to me to share my phone number in order to join the WhatsApp group that I see today called as “Chileans adopted in France free blabla” which if I believe the application, was created on 13/01/2023 at 16:45, whose administrator is Madame Lamboley.

I have never contributed to being part of the RAIF Association or given any consent; but nevertheless, found the invitation… appreciable.

On March 9, 2024, “Emma pour Raif” responded to a copy of an email that I had sent to the Departmental Council of the Lot, and I had forwarded it, for information, to Madame Lamboley.

On the WhatsApp group, I did not feel comfortable with certain discussions and expressed this to Mrs. Lamboley. I will pass over in silence the few differences, to which Madame Lamboley and a certain Aurélien whom I do not know, responded, among others regarding the organization “Chilean Adoptees Worldwide”, or a call for legal action in which Mrs Lamboley could not participate, being married and working, she could not see herself exposed; even though she is in the media!

On September 27, 2024 the Santiago Court of Appeal informed me of the results of the DNA tests that I had agreed to do at the Santiago Medico-Legal Service, and of their correspondence with my biological mother, whom I was then to meet that same afternoon at the home of Mrs. Marisol Rodriguez who had made me the generous offer a few days earlier to host this reunion at her home.

That day around noon I received a call from Mrs. Lamboley, informed by “Hijos y Madres del Silencio”. A call that I hated to the highest degree, Madame Lamboley telling me about the fact that this reunion could only have been possible thanks to her work.

I do not question the legitimacy of certain actions carried out by RAIF. I repeat, I have never given any form of consent, either verbal or written. I value RAIF’s work. I nevertheless took note of the words and confided in them both to the Court of Santiago and to “Hijos y Madres del Silencio” to find out what real part Mrs. Lamboley could have had in the reunion with my family. Both told me “none”!

The reunion with my biological family gave rise sometime later to the writing of a book, “Puzzle”. Following the self-publication and promotion of its French version, I received on December 9, 2024 at 10:12 a.m. and for 16 minutes 41 minutes, a call from Madame

Lamboley which stunned me, to say the least. The latter, in barely veiled words, among other things, she warned me not to use her work for personal commercial purposes!

I immediately decided to permanently sever all ties with Madame Lamboley, whom I blocked on all my social networks and means of contact.

Hereby, I would like to put these few facts into perspective.

I would like, upon receipt of this letter, to cease all remarks professed by Mrs. Lamboley.

For what to assert,

To this day

Arnaud Brice
