DEPARTURE VIETNAM.

2. AS SOON AS CONFIRMATION OF CHILDREN'S BONA FIDE'S

RECEIVED, EMBASSY WILL COORDINATE WITH J.C. VAN DETH OF

NETHERLANDS FOUNDATION FOR INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION ON

TRANSPORTING CHILDREN TO U.S. VAN DET BELIEVES CHILDREN

TOO SMALL TO BE ENTRUSTED TO STEWARDESS AND THINKS THEY

SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT ATTENDANT. HE KNOWS OF

SUITABLE PERSONS HERE FOR ATTENDANT ROLE IF NONE READILY

AVAILABLE FROM U.S.

3. NETHERLANDS FOUNDATION FOR INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION HAS

ALREADY INCURRED EXPENSES OF OVER $6,000 FOR TRANSPORT

AND CARE TRAN CHILDREN AND RUNNING SHORT OF FUNDS.

REIMBURSEMENT THESE EXPENSES HAS NOT BEEN REQUESTED BUT

VAN DETH TRUSTS COST OF PASSAGE TO FLORIDA FOR CHILDREN

AND ROUND TRIP FOR ATTENDANT WILL BE FINANCED FROM U.S.

SOURCES.
