"SMALL MIRACLES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is a private, not-for-profit corporation with 501c3 status. We have been licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a child-placement agency since 1985. SMI offers services to birth and adoptive or potential adoptive families.
The primary focus of this agency is intercountry adoption with the placement of foreign-born children into homes here in the United States. Our concentration of efforts is in Guatemala, C.A. where we have been working since 1986. "
